Job Description
es & Responsibility
1- Creating a store requisition.
2- Tracks the supplies.
3- Inspect deliveries for damage report those to the asst. manager and record-keeping.
4- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and
maintain inventory control.
5- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning,
6- Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
7- Posting the received invoices in the inventory system
8- Prepare expiry dates of all food stocks and submit it to the asst. manager.
9- Monitor the temperature of storage facility (Storeroom, refrigerator, freezer).
Skills
- Good moral character, obedient, hardworking, and service oriented.
- High stress tolerance.
- Can read, write, and speak English.
- Ability to work as part of a team and to maintain the pace of operation is required.
- Entering and retrieving data using a computerized records system.
- HACCP Course
