Job Description

• Assist day to day Operations and Procedures - from Receiving, Stocking, Stacking, Issuances, Inventory and Decanting for Food Section (Dry Stores, Cold Stores, Chemical Stores and CPU Stores).

• Ensure that all items are issued correctly and as per requirements.

• Ensure proper storage of items with FIFO principle being followed in house, and FEFO principle for issuances purposes.

• Ensure that all delivered items are well and properly arranged in specific locations and prescribed temperature.

• Ensure Nil Stock, Critical Stock, Item Expiry, Quantity issued are recorded for all issuance process.

• Assist random check of stocks to ensure stock integrity.

• Ensure that all issued items are properly decanted, unboxed and arranged in trolleys, cart or basket for delivery.

• Ensure that all decanted items are delivered to the requesting department within the specific time frame.

• Ensure that all aspects of Food Safety and Work Safety are followed and adhered.

• Ensure that all facilities, premises and workplace covered by Main stores are kept clean, tidy and well maintained at all times.

Skills

• Holder of a valid Driving license is an advantage being a pre-requisite for GSE & Forklift license
