• Manage menus with Riyadh Air.
• Assist in handling customer complaints for Riyadh Air
• Assist in reviewing monthly invoices with finance department before charging to the customer if required.
• Conduct market research on trending dishes and products in coordination with Procurement department.
• Responsible for the study or development of menus and services for Riyadh Air
• Develop crew menus as per customer requirements.
• Develop new and innovative packaging to elevate appearance of products and increase sales.
• Assist in streamlining raw materials to reduce wastage and improve forecasts.
• Conduct menu presentations in coordination with Sales department.
• Writes recipes and procedures for new products or reformulate current products.
• Work with the team to ensure the delivery and successful start-ups of new products, product improvement, cost reduction, ingredient, formula, specification, or process changes.
• Document all work according to established procedures and guidelines and prepare or assist in preparing various project reports to the Sr. Director of Menu planning and Executive Chef, Riyadh Air to ensure complete communication of project status, progress, issues, solutions, timeline, and accountability.
• Supports the Executive Chef, Riyadh Air in the compilation of statistics and figures for the customer for the preparation of annual turnover budget and submit to Sr. Director, Menu Planning.
• Assist the Executive Chef, Riyadh Air to prepare business plan and budget write-up of Riyadh Air
• Ensures that operating expenses are within the budget limit.
• Assume additional task related to department in support to Sr. Director, Menu Planning and Executive Chef, Riyadh Air.
