Job Description

• Monitor day to day receiving of supplies, storing & issuance.

• Ensure all supplies are logged, rated & checked as per agreed specifications.

• Ensure all items are posted as per requisition.

• Ensure proper storage of items with FEFO principle being followed for in house issuance and LIFO for other station supplies.

• Ensure all items are issued correctly, as per requirements and labelled.

• Coordinate with other departments for daily requisitions and stock requirements.

• Ensure operation critical information is recorded and reported such as Nil Stock, Critical Stock to reorder person.

• Ensure random checks of stock to ensure stock integrity.

• Ensure all aspects of Food Safety and Work Safety are followed and facilities are kept clean and well maintained.

• Actively take part in the Monthly / Yearly inventory for Food Stores, Non-Food Stores & Sub Stores.

Skills

• Holder of a valid Driving license is an advantage being a pre-requisite for GSE & Forklift license
