Roles & Responsibility
1- Follow up for shipment to be delivered to Agility Warehouse so that timely stock replenishment to international catering stations can be made without delays.
2- In case of urgent deliveries, ensure appropriate priority and course of action to secure the requirement for the stations.
3- Ensure all items to be requested by dispatch request for out stations are available at Agility Warehouse prior to forwarding the Dispatch request.
4- Liaise with other Stations / Main Store – Agility.
5- Provide Assistance to subordinates on operational concern.
6- Keep track of all the shipments dispatched to international stations.
7- Secure stations stock control by maintaining proper records and follow up on ordering, receiving, storing and issuing items as per standards based on monthly inventories etc.
8- Ensure to follow the dispatch request for items are issued as per the Cartons packing quantity.
9- Ensure that there are no discrepancies in the export dispatch request before forwarding to Agility.
10- Ensure that equipment is available in sufficient quantity at Agility Warehouse prior to making any dispatch request to avoid editing.
11- Follow up with RUHSV-EL Warehouse Supervisor for replenishment of equipment supplies at Agility Warehouse.
12- Maintain all records of equipment dispatch request issuance in a proper manner and follow up with main store and stations to get confirmation of equipment received as per the AWB.
13- Maintain coordination with Agility Warehouse for on time dispatch of export shipment to stations within the agreed time limit.
14- Follow up with Agility Warehouse for timely shipment export reports.
15- Ensure to report discrepancies detected in Agility Warehouse system with regards to Stocks / Shipping / Invoices / AWB etc and notify the Head Section – Airline Onboard Equipment.
16- All documentation for processing of equipment requests must be done using the approved AMLAS System.
17- Ensure the AMLAS system is updated. Any Discrepancy is observed the same to be notified for verification / rectification.
18- Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination.
19- Secure up to date Manuals, records of all transactions, orders, receipts, issues, invoices, inventories, shortages, breakage, and communication relating to international stations / Export shipping and other administrative tasks.
20- Operate within the framework of Airline Equipment Services and Logistics.
21- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
22- Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law. Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
23- Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
24- Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
25- Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
26- Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using SACC information and technical assets only for business purposes.
27- Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in SACC before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
28- Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.
