المؤهّلات

·          Graduate/ Degree holder in Hospitality Service or any related course to the position.
·          3-4 Years’ experience in the Operation / Lounge Service, Hotel, Hospitality Service is preferable.

وصف الوظيفة

1-      Implement all instructions & directives coming from Asst. Manager / Regional Manager and ensure that all staff follows.
2-      Follow the instructions from Immediate Superior, Supervisor / Asst. Manager / Regional Manager.
3-      Supervise and participate in the daily movement.
4-      Always enhance the company image by giving above-standard quality of service to all our valued customers.
5-      Ensure submittal of all Store Daily Reports on time i.e., Duty Manager Passenger Statistics Report, Delayed Flight Order Statistics, food & facility temperature records, inventory, and shift end report to Admin Office.
6-      Ensure high quality of food and service on all areas covered.
7-      Participate in maximizing profitability of the department and achieve the set target plan.
8-      Prepares requisition through UCAS of goods required for all designated areas with proper control and strict monitoring.
9-      Monitor and check non-moving goods stocks and report to Section head.
10-  Responsible for food pickup of foods from Production kitchen area.
11-  Responsible of delivering all food items from Unit to Lounge premises.
12-  Responsible in taking Delayed Flight Orders and to act accordingly as per the department manual procedure as applicable.
13-  Ensure on time Delayed Flight food pick-up and delivery as per the department manual procedure as applicable.
14-  To render service to Delayed Flight whenever it is required as applicable.
15-  Ensure loading / offloading of foods as per the time required in the operation.
16-  Ensure cleaning / washing of all used equipment’s with proper safekeeping procedure.
17-  Collect all newly ordered equipment’s for proper safekeeping.
18-  Responsible for collecting staff soiled uniforms with proper record / inventory and to be handover to Unit Laundry in- charge for washing as applicable.
19-  Responsible for receiving staff washed & cleaned uniforms from Unit Laundry with proper counting / checking as applicable.
20-  Responsible for issuing staff uniform as per the department policy procedure as applicable.
21-  Attend morning briefing with the Department Head and then after with rest of Store staff.
22-  To act and perform any other related duties assigned by Department Head / Central Lounge Manager.
23-  To encourage staff in helping the department in saving expenses.
24-  To monitor the status of all lounge equipment’s and to report any malfunctioning.
25-  Responsible for monthly inventory and expiration of stocks.
26-  Responsible for monitoring of stocks equipment of the department.
27-  Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of all equipment with appropriate inventory checklist and sign received.
28-  Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of goods stocks with suitable checklist issuance.
29-  Always ensure 100% hygiene results.
30-  To prepare food tasting and to have kitchen visit to ensure the high quality of foods are provided to all passengers.
31-  Promote standard of hygiene, safety, and sanitation of the respective areas.
32-  Ensure all staff to follow personal hygiene standard.
33-  Ensure full compliance of hygiene, quality, and temperature control for all food items in line with Quality Assurance.
34-  Ensure that all products received from kitchen and main stores are as per the department food menu guide for both lounge & delayed flight.
35-  Ensure complete checking of actual quantity and quality of all food items during pick-up and before delivering.
36-  Ensure complete checking of food shelf life / expiration date during pick-up and before delivering.
37-  To monitor staff performance, career growth, skills, attitude, work difficulties, strength and weakness evaluation and recommendations within the area of responsibility.
38-  To participate in team department building activity, gatherings, party, and meeting with all staff.
39-  Train subordinates to do their own work well. Analyze their strength and weakness and help to develop them accordingly.
40-  To attend any related training course within the department as required.
41-  To increase staff productivity and raised their moral.
42-  Communicate with subordinates verbally in writing to keep them informed on activities training recommendations.
43-  Encourage participation and create effort by maintaining a constructive attitude toward suggestion.
44-  To solve and assist staff in solving their problems both personal and work related.
45-  Assign work to subordinates in clear terms, check, and follow up.
46-  Supervise operation by personal observation and analyze or records so that work is performed at minimum cost and with proper standard of quality and speed.
47-  Keep self-updated on all developments within the company.
48-  Suggest procedures or policy for the improvement to increase the efficiency of all section area.
49-  Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
50-  Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law. Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
51-  Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.
52-  Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.
53-  Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.
54-  Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.
55-  Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.
56-  Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.
