Service Agent

1.          Ensures possess through knowledge of different airlines galleys.

2.          Responsible for loading/offloading of High Loader/aircraft while loading galleys should ensure the loading diagram/procedures are followed very strictly.

3.          Checks flight requirement, loaded in High Loader and ensures that they are secured and are in perfect conditions.

4.          Provide assistance to driver in marshaling/de-marshaling of High Loaders to and from aircraft.

5.          Ensure all Safety, Security and Hygiene regulations are very strictly followed while loading / offloading aircraft.

6.          Ensure reporting on duty on roster timings and in proper uniform.

7.          Ensure that defined unauthorized items are not offloaded from Foreign Airlines aircraft.

8.          Ensure polite and submissive attitude when talking to customers.

9.          Ensure that offloaded food is not consumed.

10.      Ensure understanding of various airlines major equipment.

11.      Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

12.      Perform other duties related to the job and/or the operation of the company, in accordance with the regulations of the Saudi Labor of Law. Adherence to Cybersecurity policies and procedures.

13.      Dealing with data and information according to their level of classification.

14.      Avoid violating the rights of any person or company protected by copyrights, patents, or any other intellectual property, or similar laws or regulations.

15.      Compliance with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email requirements.

16.      Adhere to the acceptable use policy and Using CATRION information and technical assets only for business purposes.

17.      Obtaining the required permit from the security department or the owner of the authority in CATRION before hosting visitors in the company's specific sensitive sites.

18.      Reporting Cybersecurity incidents.
