Asst. Manager, Laboratory Services Development

Job Summery:

To support the development and positioning of laboratory services by identifying service enhancement opportunities, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and ensuring alignment between service demand and laboratory operational capabilities.

Job Description:

• Identify opportunities to expand and enhance laboratory service offerings within food, water microbiology, and chemistry testing scope.

• Develop and implement annual laboratory service development plans aligned with company direction and operational capacity.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with internal departments and approved external stakeholders.

• Assess service requirements and align them with laboratory technical capabilities and available resources.

• Support achievement of approved service growth targets through structured opportunity tracking and follow-up.

• Represent the laboratory in relevant conferences, exhibitions, and professional networking events when required.

• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to laboratory services.

• Collaborate with laboratory technical teams to ensure service feasibility and proper scope definition.

• Support preparation of service proposals and related documentation in accordance with company policies and approval matrix.
